Sierra Chart screen frozen BUT data feed screen NOT frozen

I have attached 2 images
I am using Sierra Chart with Transact and I get a screen freeze about once a day. You have told me that I need to take this up with my broker. I did a test to see if when I had a SC screen freeze my Transact screen was also frozen. And guess what, only the SC screen is frozen
I have attached 2 images
Image 1 - my transact trading screen showing NQ still active
Image 2 - my SC screen frozen at 81 ticks
I always use SC tabs Disconnect/Connect to get my SC screen working again.
This has been happening for at least 6 months. I am on release 947 of package #3
My brokers data screen never freezes I also have an Interactive Broker screen ant it never freezes either. The only screen that freezes daily is SC charts. I basically only have ema21, I have attached an image of my studies too
B.T.W. I was in a trade when the last screen freeze happened. I was in SIM as I am afraid to go LIVE with this screen freezing feature of SC

This is not surprising and is not unusual. The issue is on the TransAct side and the statement confirms it:
I always use SC tabs Disconnect/Connect to get my SC screen working again.
