I did a test to see if when I had a SC screen freeze my Transact screen was also frozen. And guess what, only the SC screen is frozen This is not surprising and is not unusual. The issue is on the TransAct side and the statement confirms it: I always use SC tabs Disconnect/Connect to get my SC screen working again.
