Getting delayed data

Hi I am getting delayed data from Sierrachart I have package 12 with CME non-professional data.
I know that I have to go to this link

and connect to my data feed for a few seconds to get the live data but what would I connect to I use your live data feed and I have an AMP broker account and if I chose SC/TT futures order routing service it says trading account not assigned and if i connect to SC all data feed i get delayed data please help.

What order routing service are you setup to use with AMP (it should be either CQG or Rithmic)?

I am not set up for any data with them I have service package 12 (Service Package Enabled For Renewal:12 - Advanced MBO + Denali Data Feed (Monthly)) and have paid 31 dollars for the exchange fee as well do I still need to get extra data from AMP.

Please advise.

The problem is that you have activated a Non-Professional exchange for the CME Group and the CME Group has a rule that in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fee, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that you can connect to at least once a month for verification purposes.

Therefore, you need to connect to your AMP account in order to "authorize" the non-professional exchange that you activated. If you let us know what order routing service you are setup to use with AMP, then we can point you to the proper instructions in order to make the connection (again, it should be either CQG or Rithmic for your order routing).

You do not need to get any data from CQG or Rithmic, you are just proving that you have a valid trading account.

For Rithmic, you need to follow the Setup Instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to your Rithmic account:

If you do not want to stay connected to your Rithmic account at all times, then refer to the following:

So whenever i try to login to Rithmic it says Login Error as i don't have live access to their data.

You do not need their data. But, you do need to be able to login to your Rithmic account in order to qualify for the non-professional CME Group exchange fees.

That message means that either your Username or Password as you entered them in the Data/Trade Service Settings Window is incorrect. Double-check what you entered and try again. If it still does not work, then you would need to check with your broker to verify that you still have the correct account information, or update the password with them so you know for sure what it is.

Hi
I have the email from the AMP with the login credential so it's correct as i am copy and pasting and how would i ask AMP to reset the password as I have stopped the data feed from then and got data service from Sierrachart.

If you just stopped the data feed from Rithmic, then you would still be setup to trade through Rithmic. But, if you closed the entire account, then you would not have a way to verify your non-professional status.

The question at this point is whether you still have an account with AMP or not? If you do, then start with them and ensure you are still setup with Rithmic for trading or not.
