The problem is that you have activated a Non-Professional exchange for the CME Group and the CME Group has a rule that in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fee, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that you can connect to at least once a month for verification purposes.

Therefore, you need to connect to your AMP account in order to "authorize" the non-professional exchange that you activated. If you let us know what order routing service you are setup to use with AMP, then we can point you to the proper instructions in order to make the connection (again, it should be either CQG or Rithmic for your order routing).

You do not need to get any data from CQG or Rithmic, you are just proving that you have a valid trading account.
