Sierra is misbehaving in two different ways: Freezing a random chart not adding a study

I have updated to the latest version but the problems persist. I can add CCI to Chart Region 1 but sometimes it refuses to add to region 2. However if I add a stochastic in region 2 the CCI will show. Sometimes I can't get it to show no matter what. It's not hidden as I can move it to region 1 and it shows.

In addition at some point in the day one of my charts will freeze with the green square showing the chart is live, but when I check the price I see it's been frozen for some time. This is easily missed as I have a lot of charts open and the only way to fix the problem is to X the chart and copy a new one.

I am using around 12% CPU power and about 4.7GB of RAM out of 12GB on W7 and I have been running Sierra on this rig for years without any issues.

You should not have any issues displaying the Commodity Channel Index in Region 2, as long as your main Price Graph is in Region 1, and if it is, then displaying the CCI in Region 1 does not really make any sense.

Can you please give us an image of what you see when you are trying to display this in Region 2?

We do not know what exactly could be causing this, although when it does happen, post your Message Log so we can take a look and see if there is something specific in there.

While this is a workaround sometimes even this won't work and I can't get the CCI in any indicator pane.

Please get us a copy of the chart that is setup where the CCI is NOT showing. The "NaN" in the scale on the right is implying that there is a divide by zero going on somewhere, which should not be occurring, so hopefully we can find where this is happening and why from your chart.

Follow these instructions to get us the chart:
