Hello SC:

When I tried to download the historical data for the YM using a Rithmic feed into S.C. the charts downloaded until 11/18/21, as you can see on the attached screenshot and then just froze and displayed the message that SC is downloading historical data, but, it freezes and doesn't complete. Then, if I try to use the edit function in S.C., it displays the error that it can't edit when a download is in progress...See the screenshot.

I saw your sticky post and have made the changes and still I get the same response.

Can you fix this?

Thanks in advance

Here is the relevant information:
Historical Data on the New Rithmic Connection

We can only let Rithmic know about this. We have no ability to fix this at all. And anyway we did provide a solution through our own Denali data feed. However, if you cannot use it because of costly exchange fees, then that is a CME issue.

SC:

I just tried to download an ESZ1 chart and it is also freezing like the YM is. The CL, GC and RTY charts are loading fine.

Here is a screenshot of the ES.

The only solution to this is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed rather than the data from Rithmic. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

SC John,

I am a OneUpTrader so I do not even have an option to use the Denali feed.

Sorry, but unfortunately there is a limit to the amount of historical data that Rithmic is making available through the new interface that they created for us. The best information we have on how to get what historical data is available is at the following link:
Historical Data on the New Rithmic Connection

It is possible to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed with OneUpTrader, but it does require that you have a live, funded, futures trading account that you can connect to at least once a month in order to get the non-professional exchange fees for the CME Group. You can setup an account for about $200 for this purpose as outlined at the following link:
