Errors using Sierra Chart new Order Routing Service

Hi,

I have an account with Advantage (directly with them, not through Stage5).

Everything is set up in Advantage (account created and funded) and following the instructions of the doc (https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartDirectOrderRoutingService.php#SetupInstructions) with the difference that I put as "Clearing Firm": "Advantage", not "Advantage/Stage5"(because we have an account directly with them, not through Stage5), but I got the following error:

"Connection error message from service: SC CME Futures Order Routing | Connection error: No trade accounts assigned | Date-Time
2021-11-25 11-19 49"

Could you help me pls to solve this issue?

You need to ask Advantage, to set up your trading account on the Sierra Chart direct CME order routing system.

And they also need to share your trading account with your Sierra Chart username which you can find under Help >> About.

So you need to tell them what that is.

They will do all this, very easy, and then you can connect.
