Attached orders not works

Any attached orders not works (buy/sell stop/limit, market if touched client and etc), not on simulated trading, not on real, not on replay (just market if touched works, but opens not by created price, but by current market price).

If I opened deal manually by market price - OCO works.

They are not works not from trading window, not from DOM, not from trade menu by mouse.

Trade service log not show anything about orders.

I have googled all Sierra form, but didn't find any solution.

Sorry, may be I did mistake: not attached, but pending orders.
For example, I placed pending order "buy stop", but market came to this price, ignored it and gone further without its filling.
As result I see order on chart, market going up and down over it, but order still not activated.

when price was 5.255 I placed:
- buy stop 5.260;
- sell stop 5.250;
no one of them was not filled
trade service log totally silent
in trade orders window I can see this orders, they have internal and service order ID, "Simulated order accepted" status
same on live account

Problem resolved!
Time and sales I had on 0, that's why, as you mentioned in instruction, pending orders were not executed.
I have made TS on 5000 and now everything works fine, as on demo, as on real.

Sorry Sierra, today pending order again was not executed, I didn't change anything after everything was working correctly.

I placed "sell stop limit client order" on MES and saw directly in time how market came to it, ignored and felt below it on 10 ticks.
But yesterday on 2 trading instruments same order was executed perfectly.

Time and sales I have on 5000.

What other reason of such problem can be?

We are not sure what the specific issue in your case is, but do not use any Client side orders.
