hello, i want to buy sierra charts package 12 w/ denali. i opened an account with ironbeam futures trading, they told me to get cqg for data, so i did. do i have everything so far that i need to get started? it looks like package 12 is around $55 per month. if i have everything right i will go ahead and proceed with buying package 12. hello, i got an account with ironbeam futures, they set me up with an acount for data feed with cgc, i want sierra charts package 12 with denali, it looks like it costs around $55 per month. how do i proceed to get package 12, and am i missing anything or any other charges?. thanks dave snider |

If you are wanting Package 12 in order to get the Market by Order data, then you need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed to get that data. Otherwise, if you are going to get your data from CQG, then you should be on Package 3 or 5 depending on what you need for your trading purposes. Refer to the differences between the packages: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. ------------------- If you do want to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed with the MBO data, then stay on Package 12 and follow these instructions to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Make sure you activate an exchange that has Market Depth data, as you will need that in order to get the MBO data. Then follow these instructions to get the MBO data: Market By Order Data: Step-by-Step Instructions You will also want to tell your broker that you do NOT want the CQG data, as you will not need it for Sierra Chart. If you need it for another purpose, then you would still want to keep it.
