Right now, you are getting your data from CQG. You are NOT getting your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, you should not stop the CQG data.

It looks like you were getting the data from us, but the exchanges expired in March of 2021.

If you prefer to get your data from us, then you just need to select the exchanges for which you want the real-time data.

You can access the CME Group exchanges at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

And you can access the EUREX exchanges at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedEUREX

If you do use our data, then you can stop the CQG data, unless you are using it for some other purpose.

It looks like you probably updated your software. The reason why this is an issue is that with version 2394 and above, we are no longer allowing data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Refer to the information here:

You are not setup to get real-time data from us, therefore we assume you are getting it from CQG.

We highly recommend getting your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed in order to resolve your issues. Refer to the Setup Instructions at the following link:

If you want to continue with the CQG data, then you will need to change your software version to 2393 or lower. Refer to the instructions to downgrade your software at the following link:
