It looks like you probably updated your software. The reason why this is an issue is that with version 2394 and above, we are no longer allowing data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Refer to the information here:

You are not setup to get real-time data from us, therefore we assume you are getting it from CQG.

We highly recommend getting your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed in order to resolve your issues. Refer to the Setup Instructions at the following link:

If you want to continue with the CQG data, then you will need to change your software version to 2393 or lower. Refer to the instructions to downgrade your software at the following link:
