Sudden Rithmic Data Connection Issue

Hi On Friday my Rithmic data suddenly failed and I am now getting a constant waiting to reconnect message in the top left area of the screen. Previously I had no issues and this just suddenly happened the whole rest of the month I have been connected without issue I had to log onto my back up R trader and use the DOM. I have downloaded the Bridge files as thought this might be the issue, but I don't seem to have a RIM folder in my sierra chart that I can find. I assume something must have changed Friday and wondered what I can do. or if anyone else has had this issue best stuart |

There were connectivity problems to Rithmic on Friday and Rithmic has resolved this. If you still have a problem Sunday evening, you can post the Message Log and we can look.
