Hello,
I upgraded the latest version and using Rithmic DTC (evaluation prop firm), therefore I've activated the Denali cme exchange to be able to have historical data. I paid the fees and verified my account (ampfutures).
As you can see on the screenshots, on one side it says my SC account is linked with ampfutures, but on the other hand it says the verification has expired.
Conclusion : I still can't load historical data in a chart (also in global settings/data trade/common support for SC data feed is set to yes).

What did I miss ?
Thanks,
KR

When you connected your account to AMP what order routing service are you using?

Also, the images you reference did not get posted. Please try attaching them again.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Hello thanks for the reply, here are the screenshots again.

On amp's side Im not sure there's still a routing service defined, anyhow why would I need it ? I've already signed the cme non-pro declaration and both accounts (SC and amp) are linked.

Plus, I don't understand why Sierrachart is forcing to use Denali. I'm using rithmic as execution platform through oneuptrader, when doing so you also have to declare to cme your status. Rithmic also has historical data, not only the last 10min, this is a false allegation from SC.

I've asked amp a new setup with SC Denali routing. Will see if it helps.

To conclude, the platform is the best that's why I'm sticking to it even though SC added complexity at using other data/execution services, that's sad from a user experience.

On the "AMP Trading Account Verification" screenshot you took, you will see at the bottom that it states "Not Verified". We are checking on why you received the Result message you did, but the problem is that your account is still not verified as having a trading account. Even though you state this in your agreements, we need to verify the trading account at least once a month. These are the rules put forth from the CME Group and we are just doing our best to conform to their requirements.

Therefore, the solution to this is to find out what order routing service you are setup to use with AMP and the setup your Sierra Chart to connect to that service once a month. Refer to the instructions here:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

If you are using CQG for your order routing with AMP, then you will need the following instructions to connect to that account:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

If you are using Rithmic for your order routing with AMP, then you will need the following instructions to connect to that account:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

------------------

The Rithmic interface that Rithmic recently developed and released either does not send historical data or does not send it in a way that we can use it. They state that they are working on this, but we have not heard anything recently on the topic.

Rithmic does provide historical data over the new connection method but there are some issues with it and to avoid those major issues, we are telling users to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

To conclude, the platform is the best that's why I'm sticking to it even though SC added complexity at using other data/execution services, that's sad from a user experience.
What is sad is CME market data policy. They are the source of all of these issues not Sierra Chart. We cannot be faulted for this in the slightest.

Thanks for the reply!
Probably you have some issues -coming from rithmic - integrating the new connection mode, but I can assure you that I'm using the same credentials/setup with Atas as a backup and it's working fine. I totally understand CME policy, but if execution and data are provided by rithmic, it's on rithmic to comply on these, which is indeed the case cause I signed cme agreements through their platform, otherwise it wouldn't be possible for me to trade.
My point is, SC was the perfect agnostic front-end platform, but now that you've changed your business model it looks like a vendor locking software of the kind of TT or CQG. No wonder why quantower and alikes are taking marketshares.

No offense,
Kind regards.

This is not true. Sierra Chart remains a very open charting and trading platform that any external service can interface to. We continue to do well and add new users.

We provide the very best market data there is especially with historical data. It does not make sense for us to be supporting multiple sources other than direct from the exchanges. If others want to provide that, they can still provide the data.

With new exchanges coming online including what we plan to develop, market data will be free. And all of these problems will go away. We will provide the data direct from those exchanges.
