Your account does allow for 4 different computers to be running Sierra Chart at the same time, but the exchanges have different rules. They only allow for one computer per paid exchange fee with a maximum of 2 computers. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

Thanks, but I also have issues in logging in with different devices.

I have the capacity of 4 and am logged in with 3 devices. However, I get the following message:

Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 3|

Can you please check if the limitation of 4 different devices is taken to effect on my account?

That message you are receiving is from the data feed, not Sierra Chart. As noted previously, you are only setup to get data to one computer at a time. You can have a maximum of 2 computers getting the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed at the same time. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

I see. Is there any limitation on getting the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed at the same time on different charts of a single SC instance?

No, there is no limit on getting the data to different charts within a single SC instance. This also applies to Sub-Instances when started with File >> New Instance.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
