Hey guys,
Starting a new topic for this issue I mentioned elsewhere because I can't fix it.

When I'm offline for a day and come back, my intraday data for normal symbols just catches up (downloads the missing data from the last time I was online).
For example for: F.US.EPZ21.

But for custom symbols it doesn't even try to download the missing data. It just continues from the end and leaves all the data in the middle missing.
For example for: {X.US.SDEX}/{X.US.VOLQ}

I've tried every setting I can think of. I've been through all the help file.

Yes I know I can do edit and delete/download all data again. But I can't be doing this every time I disconnect my data.

Please, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Matt

It seems to have fixed itself this week. All I did was delete and re-download the data during the weekend when market was closed. Don't know how/if/why that might have fixed it.

I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks
