Hi there,

I just signed up for the Denali feed.
Having trouble with historic data

Switching from Rithmic, the symbols updated fine, it was smooth there was no manual work.
The only thing is I can't pull historic from before 2021-8-24.

I tried setting the "Use Number of Days to Load setting" to 365, can't see any changes. I did also the delete and download data trick. Still seems to be the same.

Cheers

At this point you are not actually using the Denali Exchange Data Feed because you have not activated any exchanges. This needs to be done from here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

Once this is done, then you need to re-download the data for the symbols.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

Quick question, I paid for the package Advanced with Denali feed, I thought that includes the data no?

It says full CME group is 31.2USD per month is that additional to the Advanced Sierra Chart Denali package for 3 months I purchased?

Packages 10, 11, and 12 include the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee, which is $10.00 per month, but is discounted with the multiple month purchases.

The exchange fees are then an additional cost and you have to select the exchanges you want in order to get the real-time data.

Therefore, you need to activate the exchange(s) you want in order to get the data. The CME Group exchanges can be found at the following link:

ok so I have to pay the exchange fees for market depth, you are correct.

I only need market profile chart for ES, TICK. I think right now Ironbeam still doesn't support Denali for trading yet so I gave up there and will wait. I think I was paying about roughly 30-40 per month on rithmic.

Right now I only need to view realtime charts, and historic. Planning to do some historic analysis.

What CME package would I need:
CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts (this needs a trading account)? 10.4 USD
CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account? 62.4USD

I think right now Ironbeam still doesn't support Denali for trading yet so I gave up there and will wait.

Denali is a data feed, not a trading service. Therefore IronBeam does not have options to support Denali or not. You can use the Denali Exchange Data Feed with any of the supported trading services (including Rithmic).

What CME package would I need:
CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts (this needs a trading account)? 10.4 USD
CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account? 62.4USD

For the Non-Professional exchange, you will need to have a trading account that you can connect to, and if not staying connected, you will need to connect at least once a month. Refer to the following for more information:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

Therefore, which of the two exchanges you select will depend on your trading account status. If you do not have a trading account, we recommend the following service in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange rates:
