CBOT Futures Options

I am using the CQG Web service and connected to the Denali SC feed. I can see the CME Futures Options, but I cannot find the CBOT options (soybeans options). When I enter the CQG option symbol for Soybeans options, It does not find them in Sierra Chart. Is this something my broker needs to activate? Thanks

I’ve contacted my broker and CQG tech support and they have enabled and reset and enabled my account for trading options several times. The data works fine on Sierra for the futures options in the “CME Futures Options” section. The problem is when I select a futures options from the cbot or nymex for example. I use the find symbol and select the futures contract and then get options. When I select the option, I get an error message. I’ll attached the screenshot and message log. Thanks

Right, so how do we get options data and access to NYMEX like you had to add for CBOT options? Crude oil does not work just like CBOT futures was not working before you added support for it with the Denali data. Thanks
