I’ve contacted my broker and CQG tech support and they have enabled and reset and enabled my account for trading options several times. The data works fine on Sierra for the futures options in the “CME Futures Options” section. The problem is when I select a futures options from the cbot or nymex for example. I use the find symbol and select the futures contract and then get options. When I select the option, I get an error message. I’ll attached the screenshot and message log. Thanks
