I have an error "not receiving real time CME data". I went through the steps to update but it hasn't worked. I have an account with Interactive Brokers, I provided all the details last month and a member of your support team activated my data, would you mind doing the same again this month? I am in the process of setting up an account with AMP so it shouldn't be an issue going forward. Thanks

You just need to connect your Sierra Chart to your Interactive Brokers account for 1 minute, then you can change it back. The instructions for this can be found here:
