Chart DOM orders not being sent using new live account on Denali/TT

Hi,

I've made trades in SIM using the Chart DOM. Everything seems to be working as expected in SIM.

However, when I set up the account and updated Data/Trade Service Settings w the new SC/TT Futures Order Routing, and live account selected in dropdown within Trade Window orders are not being added to the Chart DOM.

I have attached orders setup that have been executing on SIM, but again nothing shows up when I attempt to send orders on live account. Either clicking Buy/Sell in ladder, nor right-clicking on chart, nor using Trade Window buttons.

I'm guessing I've missed a setting, but I've reviewed everything and not sure what I might have missed.

Anything you guys can see on your end that might help?

I'm not sure if it's helpful, but I'm sending the message log after clearing it and attempting to execute on live account again. I also executed orders in SIM.

And did you disable Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On?

Ah. That was it. My mistake.... been staring at settings/instructions too long.
