Most recent data is not showing on my Sierra chart

Hi,
On my Sierra Chart of ES, the data does not update; when I do Edit/Translate Symbols to Current Service.
I get an error on my screen in an orange dialogue box which says: 'Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Real-time data subscription for instrument F.US.EP (corresponding to ID=1) is not enabled', also,
I get an error on my screen in an red dialogue box which says; 'Download failed. Error downloading historical intraday data for F.ES.EPZ21. Instrument F.US.EP (corresponding tp ID1) is not allowed. Result = 103. Num Quotes = 0.

I am new to Sierra Charts and I have absolutely No Idea how to fix this and get the current ES Futures contract data to display on my chart.

Please may you advise me what to do / change / configure ?

Where do you want to get your real-time data from - CQG or us (Sierra Chart)?

Hi .. apologies for the delay .. I have almost given up on Sierra Charts ...
I am stuck on the same problem from one Month ago

I am paying to use (1) Sierra Charts, (2) Denali data Feed & (3) CQG Order Routing

* I can NOT progress with learning to trade, or trading in Simulation Mode, because I cant get data

What I have done ALL the following, but still (1) I get the same Error Messages and (2) I am unable to display data 2021/09/2023

I have done Global Settings / Symbol Settings / clicked on 'Update from Server' ..
.. the File / Disconnect
.. then File / Connect to data feed
** I have unticked 'Use Custom Symbol Settings Values'


[2] Edit / Translate Symbols to current service

[3] Help / Download Current version


NB
Without me being melodramatic, if your support team is unable to assist me, then I will have no option but to STOP using Sierra Charts completely.

If you cannot help me, please tell me why not ?

If you require market depth data, let us know.

You should begin to receive the data in about two minutes. If not, restart Sierra Chart.

I am having the same problem, Long time SC user.

example from log:
CQG WebAPI | Market data subscription for F.US.MESZ21 was unsuccessful. Text: Real-time data subscription for instrument F.US.MES (corresponding to ID = 2) is not enabled. | 2021-11-23 03:15:49.738


I am paying to use (1) Sierra Charts, (2) Denali data Feed & (3) CQG Order Routing with AMP.

The last day I have data for is 10-26-2021. It's like something changed that day.

Using SC version 2328

Yes, please .. I definitely need Market Depth data .. please activate that on my account .. u will check tomorrow when I login.
