Number of orders and Market order column (Trading DOM Columns)

Hi

I am unable to get data on my trading DOM columns for both 'Bid or Ask Number of Orders' and 'Bid or Ask Market Order Column'.

Setting I have checked are:
Subscribe Market by Order Data when Market Depth Subscribed = Yes
Use separate Connection for Market by Order Data = Yes
Use Real Time Data Compression = High Compression

I am subscriber to Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Is there something I am missing?

Everything on your account looks good.

And the information you supplied above says that you are setup properly to get the MBO data.

Once the market opens up again this afternoon (Sunday Afternoon), or whenever you get on next when the market is open, then see if you continue to have an issue if you do, then we will need your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
