Hello,
Study "Trading the nines" doesn't work properly with overlay study.
When overlay is set to be displayed in different chart region than price chart, i can see the numbers, but when i set it to chart region 1 with price and "scale same as region", numbers doesn't appear over the candles (i set tick offset higher than 15 so it shouln't be any visual problem)

also Platform suddenly start lagging after adding overlay.

Ps.
Would you be kind and create possibility so displayed "numbers" would be seperated SGs.? I believed many users of this study might not necessary need to see all sequence numbers but rather see only e.g 9 when it happened.
When numberes would be separeted, user will chose numbers to display .

The Trading the Nines study uses a Draw Style of Custom Value at Y which does not lend itself directly to use by the Study/Price Overlay study.

In order to get the Trading the Nines to show when using the Study/Price Overlay you would need to set the Study/Price Input for Use Styles and Widths from Source Study to No then change the Subgraphs Draw Style to either Value on High or Value on Low.

Note that you will not be able to offset the numbers from the bars in this case.

TY John for answer.
I did ask you suggested nad numbers appear but, they are not from source chart. Study start to calculating values for chart where overlay has been added.
Screens at the attachment.

Best Regards

If you are using the Study/Price Overlay, then they are ONLY from the source chart. It is not possible for the Study/Price Overlay to calculate anything new, it is not what it does.

If these are not the same chart with the same time frame, then you need to look at how it is going to determine where to put the data from the one chart to the other. Take a look at the information for the Study/Price Overlay to determine how the data is getting copied and if it is not going where you want it to be, then you need to adjust the settings to what will work for what you want.

Ty for answer.
So basically at current state if i use different timeframe or nontimefixed chart where i overlay study, there is no way to get exactly the same results.

Would you consider this feature mentioned above :

Would you be kind and create possibility so displayed "numbers" would be seperated SGs.? I believed many users of this study might not necessary need to see all sequence numbers but rather see only e.g 9 when it happened.
When numberes would be separeted, user will chose numbers to display .

This would solve issue if there will we e.g only "nines" displayed in source chart.

Best Regards

We have tagged this as a Feature Request. Just keep in mind that we do not know when or if, we will be able to get to making this change.

Note that you will not be able to offset the numbers from the bars in this case.
Actually, you could use the Study Subgraph Above/Below Bar As Text study with an offset, as it uses the Draw Style of Custom Value at Y.
(Hide the Study/Price Overlay study)

Study Subgraph Above/Below Bar as Text
