The Trading the Nines study uses a Draw Style of Custom Value at Y which does not lend itself directly to use by the Study/Price Overlay study. In order to get the Trading the Nines to show when using the Study/Price Overlay you would need to set the Study/Price Input for Use Styles and Widths from Source Study to No then change the Subgraphs Draw Style to either Value on High or Value on Low. Note that you will not be able to offset the numbers from the bars in this case.
