A problem with attempting to connect to my live account

Hi, I am trying to connect to my live amp account with CQG as im receiving the delayed feed. I have the relevant funds in there and am just attempting to connect live in order to get the live feed once a month like instructed. This has worked previous months but this time its not.

when i do the procedure through data/trade services and click the CQG option it displays an orange box on my charts saying "Symbol is unknown. click for symbol information. Real time data for instrument F.US.DB (corresponding to ID=1) are not allowed.

There is also a red box below sayin - Download failed. Error downloading historical intraday data for F.US.DBZ21 instrument F.US.DB (corresponding to ID1) is not allowed. Result=103. Num quotes=0

If you could provide me with help it would be much appreciated.

The issue of the notices you are getting regarding the Symbol is normal since you are not setup to get data from CQG.

But, when we look at your account, your exchanges are not active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. So if you are wanting to get data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you need to activate the exchanges for which you want the real-time data. You can activate the exchanges on this page for the CME Group:

And we see you did have EUREX data at one point as well, so if you need to enable the EUREX exchange, you can do so from here:
