Hard to solve anomalie, only asking cause is truly necessary

Hey there thank you for your help. I attached some Sierra charts links to my charts image I'm finding some anomalies on my volume profiles both in market profile charts and in DOM charts. High, low, POC, etc visual references are accurate but the total volume displayed and bid x ask volume displayed is not accurate. 1.-On volume profile sometimes profiles have numbers repeated like very generical and not looking like real volume. For example, on the 5 bottom tick prices, you could find 634,634,634,1653,1653,1653. (I'll attach some pictures) 2.-On DOM Ladders, high and low of the day will be accurate but you will find 0x0 on bid-ask some times and volume displayed is not accurate (I'll attach photos) This is not a Data Provider problem. I have double-checked that. This must be a VOlume Profile Settings issue. I’m sure SC support will be along shortly but I would check: File/Data Trade Service Settings/Common Settings and check the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit Value is set to 1 tick. |

You are using CQG data and we do not provide support for that data. The issues are going to be related to that. You must use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for data: Denali Exchange Data Feed This is why eventually we are going to terminate support for CQG data altogether.
