Hello,
unless I misunderstood, I made a mistake: I paid for Package 11, and in addition paid for Denali feed.
Isn't the feed included in package 11?

If yes, can you refund the feed fees? I will use it to purchase add the regular sierra chart exchange fees for stocks.

Please confirm.

We see that you have the Full CME Group with Market Depth for NonProfessional Trading Accounts exchange active in the Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you want to continue to get that data, then you will need to be on Package 10, 11, or 12, as those packages include the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee.

If you do not want that data, then it is just a matter of changing your package to either 3 or 5. Refer to the information here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Canceling the Denali Exchange Data Feed

In either case, in order to get the real-time data for the U.S. Equities, you will need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the U.S. Equities exchange. Refer to the Setup Instructions for this here:

Precisely, i'm in package 11 already which includes Denali, AND I i'm subscribed to Denaly, which is redundant isn't it?
If yes, I would like you to please cancel and refund the separate Denali feed I just subscribed to since it's already in package 11.

No, it is not redundant. You need to be on Package 10, 11, or 12 in order to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed at all. Then you also need to subscribe to the exchanges that you want. Therefore, what you have done is perfectly correct in order to get the data for the "Full CME Group with Market Depth for NonProfessionals".

Keep in mind, there are two fees for each data feed. One is the data feed fee itself (which is our cost to create, maintain, and update the data feed) and then there is the cost of the Exchanges, which goes to the exchanges.

As noted above, if you do not want the CME Group data, then follow these instructions to cancel the Denali Exchange Data Feed:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Canceling the Denali Exchange Data Feed

If you want to get the U.S. Equities, then you will need to do that through the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You can have both the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The Setup Instructions for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is here:

Understood.
And if I'm subscribed to NO feed, do I get intraday delayed data for CME instruments as part of an advanced SC subscription?

Yes, as long as your File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. If this is set to a trading service and you are not setup to get real-time data from us, then the expectation is that you would be getting the data from that trading service.

You also would not need to be on Package 11, you could then change to package 5 and still get the delayed streaming data (or Package 3, if you do not need Package 5).
