Yes, as long as your File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. If this is set to a trading service and you are not setup to get real-time data from us, then the expectation is that you would be getting the data from that trading service. You also would not need to be on Package 11, you could then change to package 5 and still get the delayed streaming data (or Package 3, if you do not need Package 5).
