Lost connection at least an hour ago. Is your server down? yellow box top left corner trying to connect but it can't. my internet does work. Thanks

No, our servers do not go down because there are multiple layers of redundancy. The problem is with Transact.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
