How to use Denali data on charts while using Interactive Brokers as my trading service

Hi, I realize that the instructions for doing this have been posted and I followed them all to the letter. However, the chart seems to still be using data from Interactive Brokers and not the Denali feed. I am using a 30 second chart on ES and looking at the high and low of the first 30 second bar of today (correct values are 4,370 and 4,364.50 respectively). If I set my data/trade service to SC Data - All Services then the 30 second chart shows the correct high and low values for the first 30 second bar. However, if I use Interactive Brokers [trading], it shows 4,369.75 as the high, even with Allow Support For Sierra Chart Feeds set to yes. Any idea how I can resolve this? I base my trades on these values so they need to be accurate. Thank you.

I run IB with Denali. Do you have and "M" after the contract symbol? See pic

User518632:

If you are seeing the [M] after your symbol in the chart, then you are getting the Delayed Streaming Data from us. You are not getting IB data and you are not getting Real-Time data from us.

Note that you are not setup to get any real-time data from us. So any real-time data should be coming from IB.

Make sure you have the IB software running and that you have setup the connection to it properly by going through these instructions:
Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions

If you still are not getting the real-time data from IB, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog

We will then determine what the problem is.

Hi John,

I was briefly subscribed to the Denali data earlier today, so I was getting the real time data from you. IB is working fine and has been for nearly 2 years now, with the only issue being occasional data differences like the one I mentioned above. After reading through all the posts/warnings about IB's screwy data, I realized that I should perhaps focus on other trading methods that will not be affected by a 1 tick difference in a 30 second bar high. Please consider this case closed. Thank you.
