User518632: If you are seeing the [M] after your symbol in the chart, then you are getting the Delayed Streaming Data from us. You are not getting IB data and you are not getting Real-Time data from us. Note that you are not setup to get any real-time data from us. So any real-time data should be coming from IB. Make sure you have the IB software running and that you have setup the connection to it properly by going through these instructions: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions If you still are not getting the real-time data from IB, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
