I've subscribed for Denali Feed with Package 11.

It appears that I need to connect to live trading account (or validate AMP account) for live data.

I used to get atleast delayed data. Now, I do not even see delayed data after subscribing to Denali feed.

Can you advise? I'm trying to figure out the trading account requirement in the meantime.

To get the Real-Time Denali data for the CME Group, you need to go through the Setup Instructions here:

If you are wanting data for EUREX or CFE, then those instructions are on the same page, just scroll to the top and select the link for the appropriate instructions.

For the CME Group data, you need to be aware of the CME Group requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. For more information, refer to the following:

Since you have an account with AMP, you would just need to connect your Sierra Chart to that account. For us to point you to the proper documentation, we need to know if you are using Rithmic, or CQG for your order routing with AMP.
