Ok, but I was verified with Amp active account thru Sierra, and I had the feed working fine until I reinstalled. Is this something else? Also, The Cme is working fine with MBO, no problem on that. What's not working is the Eurex, I have no data at all. Also the CFE is showing on a chart (vix on cfe), but If I pulled out a Dom, and I don't see anything I ordered the market depth with the CFE. Is that something I should be seeing?

Even though you are signed up with AMP, you have not set your File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to CQG. Right now, you have it set to SC Data - All Services. Therefore, you have not connected to your live trading account in order to validate the CME Group data. In order to connect to CQG, follow these instructions: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you do not want to stay connected to your CQG account at all times, then you will just have to make that connection once a month. Refer to the instructions here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees What this also means, is that you have been getting the Delayed Streaming Data for the CME Group data. You have not been getting the Real-Time data.
