Even though you are signed up with AMP, you have not set your File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to CQG. Right now, you have it set to SC Data - All Services. Therefore, you have not connected to your live trading account in order to validate the CME Group data.

In order to connect to CQG, follow these instructions:

If you do not want to stay connected to your CQG account at all times, then you will just have to make that connection once a month. Refer to the instructions here:

What this also means, is that you have been getting the Delayed Streaming Data for the CME Group data. You have not been getting the Real-Time data. But that is why you are seeing the MBO data, as it is related to the Delayed data.

With regards to you not getting the MBO data for EUREX, make sure the option for Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> Use Separate Connection for Market by Order Data is set to Yes.
