Hello! I have used SC many times in the past but have always connected to a broker account for the data feed. I currently just need the real time charting services for CME products so I selected package 10 with the Denali feed. It says on my charts the data is delayed (??) Honestly I'm good with technology but I am struggling to have the right setup/package/connection for my needs. I would be interested in interactive remote support if possible. Thank you!

I do not understand why my Denali Data feed is delayed I am getting frustrated with this ticket

You are only signed up for the "CME E-Mini for Professionals", so you will get delayed data for any symbol that is not part of that exchange option. You will find the list of symbols for this exchange in this section for the Globex:

If you are having an issue with a symbol that is part of that exchange, then we need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
