problem with service package and miscellaneous todo to secure data for DAX

Can you help me I am very confused about which agreements I should create when all I want is real time DAX in the sierra chart and I shop through Infinty and confused as to who I should contact so I hope it is here I have changed your package from standard to package 12 which costs 56 USD per month. I get notified that I need to activate various appointments which I can see I have made but they are still standing for Todo When I use your link https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedEUREX does it cost 25 USD extra in addition to the 56 I have already agreed, so instead of the 26 USD I have always paid every month, do I then have to pay 71 USD a month? To put it bluntly, I do not understand a bit of your information so I only need your chart to trade DAX through Infinity and nothing else can make it simpler Thanks John Helbo |

To get the data for the DAX, you need to follow these Setup Instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_EUREX It gives you all the information to get this working. In terms of the pricing, you do need to pay the Exchange Fee in addition to the Sierra Chart Package. The EUREX exchange fee is $25.00 USD per month. The only reason to be on Package 12 is if you want to see the MBO data. Otherwise, you would only need to be on Package 10 or 11. Since you are paying for EUREX data through Sierra Chart you no longer need to pay the exchange fee through your broker. So you can cancel this exchange fee through them. If your broker does not give you this option, then look for other brokers.
