My sessions are set up for the NYSE day session and Evening session. I live in Arizona so market open is at 6:30 for me but my TPOs don't start to build till 6:40? cant find how to fix this. Any chance someone know what I should set my sessions to like a cheat sheet for how to set it up for NYSE market. Just need some help Setting up the day and night session anyone willing to help a newbie

I don’t know anything about TPO charts but I would think 6:30-2:00 and 3:00- 6:29:59 for evening should work for session times. The TPO doesn’t need 10 bars of data before calculating? Or is there a setting in the TPO study to correct it? Like I said, I don’t know anything about TPO, just throwing out ideas. You might want to change this thread from Programming Help to no designation. Programming Help and User Discussion aren’t priority posts for the SC Engineers. |

First, check your Session Times and ensure that the primary session time starts at 06:30 and that your other settings for this are correct. Refer to the information here: Chart Session Times: Session Times Also check your Time Zone to make sure it is set to the proper setting for Arizona, or for whichever time zone you want to use to define your Session Times. Since Arizona does not follow Daylight Saving Time, it may be best to use the Eastern or Central US time zone for your charts, that way you do not have to change the session times with the changes due to DST, which will also create an issue with the historical data.
