First, check your Session Times and ensure that the primary session time starts at 06:30 and that your other settings for this are correct. Refer to the information here:

Also check your Time Zone to make sure it is set to the proper setting for Arizona, or for whichever time zone you want to use to define your Session Times. Since Arizona does not follow Daylight Saving Time, it may be best to use the Eastern or Central US time zone for your charts, that way you do not have to change the session times with the changes due to DST, which will also create an issue with the historical data. Refer to the following:
