Refer to the following:

But there are also lots of other places that could cause issues, including different data providers, differences in the chart settings, etc. Refer to the following as well:

If you can get us both charts then we can take a look and see if we can easily determine where the problem is. Refer to the following for how to get a single chart and post the chartbook:

First of all, the Chartbook1.Cht did not have the TPO study on, so we did not have a way to compare what had been created in that chartbook versus the other.

When we added the study and compared the two charts, the Value Area High and Low were identical to each other. Note that in order to determine this, we opened the Tool Values Window and moved the cursor to the TPO for July 1, 2021. There it showed that the Value Area High was 75.08 and the Value Area Low was 74.56. This is using the Denali Exchange Data Feed data.

Since the information you are showing is from an extending rectangle, it's most likely that the difference is just a visual from where the rectangle was drawn. Make sure you compare the precise data by looking at the printed information either on the chart (if you add it) or on the Tool Values Window.

We get the same result with this chart as well for July 1, 2021. The VA High is 75.08 and the VA Low is 74.56.

So we are unable to see any differences in the TPOs when using the same data.

If you are both using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then the only thing may be that on July 1, 2021 one of you did not get data from the Denali Feed, but from your trading service. The thing to do is to select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download to ensure that the chart contains data only from the Denali Exchange Data Feed and then see if there is still a difference in the TPOs.

Be sure to look at the Tool Values Window to find the VA High and VA Low and compare those numbers.

This was completely unnecessary:
. Finally, i uninstalled sierra and installed it on another partition and now the CVA are the same as my friends.

Next time go through the information here:
