Hi, I have a problem with the tik chart:

Despite following the instructions on this page:
Working With Charts: Out of Memory Condition

and I added 16gb of ram to my pc bringing it to 32gb, it keeps making me this mistake:
NQU21-CME [CBV][M] 1 Trades #2 | Encountered an out-of-memory condition when loading the chart data. | 2021-07-22 09:15:13.311 *

it does not make me go beyond 840 days, although I see in the windows activity management that it does not exceed 14gb of use while it loads (when the out of memory appears) and therefore does NOT exceed 61-62% of the ram so it would still have over 10gb or 35% ram.

I instead get to 950.

Many thanks in advance.

There is nothing we can do to help with this. If the operating system is not allocating the requested memory it is out of our control.

Sorry if I still disturb, but I asked microsoft after a lot of trying in different conditions and they tell me that there is no block by the operating system in granting ram to sierra ..

I also tried on Linux, and it gives me the same problem and after verifying that both the bios and each OS correctly recognize all the ram, it seems to me more likely that the problem is sierra, (but obviously I speak ignorant).

A friend of mine has everything posted like me and he also has the same problem, with his Sierra ..

I hope you can help me ..

No, the problem is definitively not on the Sierra Chart side. That is a complete impossibility.

What we recommend you do is to use two separate charts to view the data that you need. Each chart can be set to a different date range.

And you cannot trust what Microsoft tells you. What they told you was an absolute outright lie.

Anyway it is pointless to say anything further. This is final.

I repeat that mine is absolutely not an accusation, I am aware of the "seriousness" of microsoft,

I took the liberty of making an observation on sierra only for the fact that on ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS it makes the same mistake, where instead I would be waited for everything to

work as always better than on w10..

I hope that you (since you are a thousand times more prepared than me in computer science) could throw them some solution on the OS settings ..

Otherwise in all cases I will

manage with the method of 2 graphs even if it is not the best,

However, I don't know how to see only 2019 from January to December 2020 which is a range that charges me ..

Thank you all the same for everything.
