Constant Disconnects. I can no longer rely on SC to execute

I thought that would get your attention. The last few days, I've seen equity index futures pause while data for other instruments (NISS-NYSE, etc) continue to update. This is happening only on SC. Other platforms running on the same computer are showing no such pauses. These pauses have gone on long enough for me to be in a position, not know what's happening and then find myself stopped out of that position when the connection is re-established.

The green status bar never went yellow or red. The charts simply stopped updating.

I pressed "send for analysis" earlier in the day.

First, we recommend you move your account to a different broker and use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service:

You have a connection problem to CQG:

Also restart, your current installation of Sierra Chart.

We want you to install a new copy of Sierra Chart following the instructions here:
Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time

And we want you to use only SC Data-All Services. And see if you notice any disconnection issues. This bypasses CQG and will help isolate the problem. You can still use the instance of Sierra Chart connected to CQG at the same time.
