Hi, I opened Sierra after having not done so in some time, and am getting an error when trying to download any data from my CTS Sim account that is saying "CTS FIX: Received market data reject: (3) Exchange is not allowed for User". Any idea what could be causing this issue? Thanks! |

We cannot help with CTS data and we strongly advise not to rely upon CTS data. You will not have a good experience using CTS data when using Sierra Chart. We have our own data feed, the Denali Exchange Data Feed and this is what we recommend you use with CTS for trading: Denali Exchange Data Feed The cost is only 10 USD per month more, plus the exchange fee of 3.25 USD.
