I have purchased package five and I am unable to receive historical data I get a error message saying trade account not assigned

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Also... i have connected to Rithmic successfully... green status bar.... the problem is i receive 2 new error messages...

(Orange Box) "Symbol is Unknown. Click For Symbol Information"
(Red Box) " Download Failed, Error downloading historical Intraday data for ESU21-CME. Error Requesting Historical Tick Data. Error API_NO_DATA."

Are you using the old Rithmic interface (Rithmic Trading) or the new one (Rithmic Direct - DTC)?
