Also... i have connected to Rithmic successfully... green status bar.... the problem is i receive 2 new error messages... (Orange Box) "Symbol is Unknown. Click For Symbol Information" (Red Box) " Download Failed, Error downloading historical Intraday data for ESU21-CME. Error Requesting Historical Tick Data. Error API_NO_DATA." trying to do LeeLoo Challanage with Sierra Charts Can you help?? |

Are you using the old Rithmic interface (Rithmic Trading) or the new one (Rithmic Direct - DTC)?
