Hi,

Just now my data is delayed 10mins (CME).

I have checked your suggested points and I can't see where I'm going wrong. I have paid CME and I have 'allow support Sierra Chart Data Feeds' as YES.

PLease help me resolve this.

Everything looks good in terms of your setup. The only thing we want to point out is that you are only signed up for the "CME With Market Depth for NonProfessionals" exchange. So any symbol that is traded on the CME exchange will not be in Real-Time.

If you are having an issue with a symbol that is traded on the CME exchange, then do the following to get us your Message Log:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Hi,

I have the same problem again tonight--my data is with Denali is delayed 10mins.

I am just trying to look at CME E-Mini S&P 500 Futures which are delayed 10mins. Emini Nasdaq and Russell 2000 futures are not delayed, so it just seems to be S&P500 futures that are the issue.

Please can you look into this again as I am concerned that this is a recurring problem without obvious cause.

Seems to be up to date again now after reconnecting a few times.

If it becomes delayed again I will follow those steps and send the logs.
