Constant Waiting to reconnect (no live price feed)

Hi. I've successfully connected the BitMex data feed to Sierra but two issues keep bothering me: 1. The Charts are not updating in real time 2. There is constant "Waiting to reconnect" yellow mode Am I missing to do something? Thanks.
