Hello, when i use the contract rollover function, the tick/trades data does not completely appear for 6/4 through 6/9. I am loading 15 days of data for the micro NQ on the Sept contract(MNQU1). When i change the chart to any time based period, the data for those dates will load. I have tried 'Delete all data and download' and it did not change the results. Please advise. Thanks

Here is what we see for that same symbol and chart type (3200 trades) when using our Denali Exchange Data Feed:

There must be something about the volumes in the underlying data that is not correct. We really recommend changing to using the Denali Exchange Data Feed to ensure that you do not continue to have issues related to this. Refer to the information here:

Transact is stating there are no issues with their data for this contract. Also, if the data is there on the time based charts, why would not be there on the tick charts ?

Data appears on time based charts for days in question.

We do not know. You would need to look deeper into the data to see if the number of trades makes sense. The system, by the way it is displaying the data, is saying that there is something wrong with the number of trades that they are sending in their data.

I've tried to no avail. No worries, i only load 15 days of tick data so time, for those problem days, is ticking away (my apologies).
