HELP : SC Denali with Leeloo Rithmic ?

Hello, I need help. I need Sierra Chart to deal with a LEELOO account, which uses a rithmic feed. I would like to know if I should activate the CME bundle $ 30 streams directly with SC on Denali and then connect over my leeloo account or activate the CME $ 30 bundle directly with leeloo and then be able to process on SC? Besides, is it possible to have both the denali connection for the real flow and both the rithmic connection to place my orders on the leeloo account? I am really lost, I would like to test your MBO on top of it but no idea if it will work. I also have an AMP account without flow for the moment if necessary for the non-professional declaration. Thank you for your help. |

At this point in time, we are no longer giving any technical support for Rithmic using their existing interface. You can try to connect with it, but you will need to use the files in this posting to do so: Rithmic Bridge Files Note that we are waiting on a new interface from Rithmic that we expect to be available any time now. We will be supporting this new interface when it is available. If you are going to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you would need to connect to your AMP account at least once a month to validate your non-professional status. 1 - ok but I can trade in DOM with a rithmic connection on SC? 2 - And therefore I would like to know if I take pack 12 with denali + MBO, can I connect over it with my rithmic (leeloo) account? 3- I would also like to take the bundle at $ 30 to have all the CME markets for the DOM. Should I take it directly from SC or through my rithmic (leeloo)? 4 - For AMP I saw that you are just asking for a one-time verification by the account number so prove that I am non-professional. To avoid me also paying monthly fees with AMP which I do not need. 1. You can use the Sierra Chart DOM to place the trades with the Rithmic connection. Again, you have to get the files in the right place and there may be a disconnect here and there (which is one of the reasons we stopped support for it). But there, are other users that may be able to help you if necessary. 2. If you do Package 12 you will need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can not access the MBO data except through our data feed. 3. As noted above, you would need to get this data from us through the Denali Exchange Data Feed since you want the MBO data. 4. Yes, it is possible to just verify your account number, but you would need to be setup with AMP such that you do NOT have a CQG account. If you are already setup with CQG with AMP, then you would need to follow the steps outlined in connecting once a month. Refer to the following for this: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees If you just have the account with AMP, but are not setup for trading yet, then you can just do the account number verification. It does not bring anything new, except that we will be supporting it. We have been waiting for Rithmic to release this new version over the past few weeks, but it still has not occurred. I use the SC side with denali MBO and the $ 30 bundle to have real time and on the side I use another platform like NT8 to work with my rithmic account? or can I connect to both at the same time directly SC if possible? Our recommendation is to get the data from us. Then, you connect to your AMP account once a month for about 10 seconds. Otherwise, you would stay connected to your LeeLoo account with Rithmic. The only reason you would need to change from this is if you have issues with the Rithmic connection. Hello I am going to AMP account verification on SC and I entered my account number there. Except that I received this message: "Cleared AMPTradingAccount. Set AMPTradingAccount to (******) ". I don't understand what this means, I think it didn't work. I have an AMP account not currently configured with a balance over $ 100 normally I return in the criteria to check in one go my eligibility for non-professional status. Can you help me please. thx |

To begin with, the account that you are posting from is Expired. If you are using a different Sierra Chart account, then we need for you to login to this board with the active account so we can know what is happening. If this is your only account, then you would need to have an active Sierra Chart package for us to be able to help you further. SP_CG: AMP is returning that the trading account that you have specified does not exist. You need to contact AMP Futures about this.
