Dear Sir,
I'm a new user of Sierra chart from India. I'm using interactive brokers live data feed. While I'm able to setup the charts to work with IB feed. the number bars are not working properly and they are showing completely different data as compared to the actual trades. I'll be creating a sperate ticket on the support board to seek resolution of the issue..
I'm really impressed by the features of Sierra chart and would like to continue using it but i need a little more time to set it up.
May i request you to kindly extend my trial period by another 30 days so i can get the Number bars to work properly.

Regards
Amit

First, we are unable to extend your trial, as we see that you have used the full 15 days of time available. Once your trial is complete, you will need to purchase a Sierra Chart package to continue to use the software. Refer to the information here:
Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions

As to the Numbers Bars, the first thing to check is that you are storing the data as Tick-by-Tick, otherwise you will not be able to see the full information. Refer to the setting here:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)

Although you may also want to consider using our data feeds which are guaranteed to give you the tick-by-tick data you need for the Numbers Bars. And we have historical tick-by-tick data going back 10 years for the CME Group data. For more information on the Sierra Chart data feeds, refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
