Data suddenly delayed

I just noticed my data is delayed by 10 minutes and there is a (delayed) message at the top of the chart. I have paid for everything as usual so I don't know why this is happening. I have recently subscribed for custom studies from a vendor but I don't see how this would cause my data to be delayed so I am clueless. Please help.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

For some reason I had to manually renew my data. It's good now, thanks.
