Please check with your broker to ensure that you are still setup to get the EUREX data from CQG. Those particular errors are typically caused when you are not setup to get the data.

Hello John,

my broker says it's a SC issue. See the message from the broker...

Broker: „Nothing has changed with your CQG username. You are still enabled with Eurex. You can test here. m.cqg.com."

I'm able to connect with CQG

We have contacted CQG about this. It relates to a change to remove EUREX data for Sierra Chart users since we do require that comes from our Denali Exchange Data Feed now, but it was not the understanding that users would still get billed for the exchange fee. We will get this resolved as quickly as possible.

First thing to do, is to update Sierra Chart to the current version:

And then refer to:

For now we are going to set your Service Package to the highest package for 30 days, at no cost. This will give you access to the EUREX data.

Ok, thanks a lot. I am currently at CQG services at ninja brokerage . For the next month i need to pay denali data feed to have EUREX data ?

You do need to at least have Sierra Chart Service Package 11 in your case which is 10 USD per month more. You are not obligated though to pay the EUREX exchange fee.

You can still receive the real-time EUREX data from CQG but the Denali Data Feed will provide the best EUREX data.

The image you provided is showing data from July 20, 2021. Do you not have any data more recent than that in your chart? Is this the issue you are having?

No that is not the problem if you require just delayed data.

Update Sierra Chart to the current version. Instructions:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Our servers are showing that your Current Selected Service is set to Rithmic. If this is correct, then at least one reason for the error is that it is the wrong symbol. Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to set your symbols to the correct ones for the currently selected service.

Also, since the service is set to Rithmic, it means that you are using the old Bridge program, which is no longer being supported. It may still work, but once you update to a current release it will not work anymore. Therefore, we recommend you update to the newer Rithmic connection. To do this, follow these instructions:
